Various combinations are possible : here are some among others

We suggest four stages which need to be carried out one after another before passing to a more difficult exercise : -1/ stand on one foot, arms opened –2/ stand on one foot, arms crossed- 3/ stand on one foot, arms opened, eyes closed – 4/ stand on one foot, arms crossed, eyes closed.


Keep your balance for 15 seconds for each exercise.
